Terms & Conditions:
All information & pricing herein is
subject to change based on Web Trends, Software
Development Costs and suggested Web Design practices
noted by leading software technology companies
implemented throughout the Web.
A "non-refundable deposit" of 1/2 the
template cost is required in order to enter into a "good
faith" contract, assuring time and development costs
rendered by KAHTECH. Final payment is due upon
completion of Website: “Website” refers to all design
elements, software purchased for implementation, Photos,
Text, Frames and all Web Elements.
Client will be responsible for all
monthly website fees, Hosting fees, Domain Name fees,
credit card processing fees, and merchant account fees,
SSL Certificate fees etc.
KAHTECH will provide Web Design Services
to Client as follows, Obtaining Domain Name if none is
provided, Website Hosting plans, and implementation of
selected package. KAHTECH will not provide Computer
Troubleshooting and/or unrelated services unless
otherwise specified by "good faith" contract.
KAHTECH also provides services such as
Computer Repair, Network Consulting, Software
Development etc. See

KAHTECH is not responsible for loss of any/all
Database/Revenue/Website information due to selected
Reseller Hosting Company errors and/or "downtime" due to
loss of services related to Hardware Failure or by "Acts
of God": Acts of God are as follows: Tornado, Electrical
Storm, Tsunami, Flood disaster, Earthquake, any and all
natural disasters caused by nature, which may in effect
cause damage to Website information stored by KAHTECH
Reseller Hosting Company and/or Client computers,
resulting in loss of business revenue. KAHTECH will make
every effort to backup the existing website and restore
to working condition should such an event occur beyond
its control.
Merchant account
information pertaining to Shopping Cart / E-Commerce
Sites Provided by KAHTECH:
It is
the Client’s responsibility to secure a merchant account
through a reputable credit card company which assures
safe transactions of credit card payments, and protects
the Client’s customers from loss of information due to
Online Fraud and Personal Identity theft. KAHTECH will
recommend a Merchant Account / Gateway that will be
compatible with the chosen Shopping Cart Software but
does not assume liability for services rendered by such
Merchant Account / Gateway.
